The TPR Series supports high-resolution printing at 300 and 600 DPI for clear, legible print and codes, even on ultra-compact labels as small as just 4 mm in height.
Compatible with a wide range of 2D barcodes, including QR codes, DataMatrix, and PDF417, as well as 1D barcodes such as Code128 and ITF. This ensures accurate ID labeling even with limited space on the PCB, making the TPR Series an ideal solution for maintaining stable traceability even for the kind of the high-density component assembly seen in today's SMT lines.
Feature 02 Compact, Space-Saving Design
The TPR Series features a 2-inch print head and a compact overall design, making it easy to install even in limited-space environments. It is well-suited for integration into existing SMT lines or cellular manufacturing setups, whether during initial setup or as a retrofit.
Printing and application are performed sequentially in real time, eliminating the need for additional external conveyors or specialized devices—allowing you to maintain a streamlined SMT line configuration while ensuring reliable ID labeling.
Feature 03 Flexible Integration into SMT Lines
The TPR Series offers two models to suit different production environments: a manual type and an automated XY type.
The manual model provides a simple, cost-effective solution, ideal for low-volume production or fixed workflows, whereas the automated model features XY-axis control with 90-degree step rotation, perfect for environments that require frequent changeovers or high-mix production.
In addition, the TPR Series supports both inline and batch configurations, making it a versatile choice not only for new production lines but also for retrofitting existing equipment or implementing in pilot lines.
