If we have a local distributor in your requested region, we will be happy to introduce you. If no distributor is available, we can either work with you directly or work with a distributor of your choice. In such cases, payment must be made in advance.
What information is needed to request a quote?
For magazine racks, please provide the following details: PCB size Heat resistance temperature Outer dimensions Reference position Number of boards per rack Whether the rack will be used in an inverted position Quantity Whether you need the optional stopper bar
Is it possible to negotiate pricing for bulk purchases?
Yes, pricing may be negotiable. We will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the product, but for our standard items, please allow about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery after the order is placed.
Is it possible to customize the trade terms?
For overseas transactions, we generally operate on an EXW (Ex-Works) basis. However, for certain models stocked in Europe, we can offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. If you require special arrangements, please contact your sales representative.

What is the difference between the R25 and R25-4C models?
The R25-4C model features a four-post design, offering enhanced structure and improved strength. We therefore generally recommend the 4C version to our overseas customers.
Are your products ESD safe?
Yes. Our PCB racks have a surface resistivity between 1×10³ Ω and 1×10⁹ Ω, based on our in-house measurement methods. Please note that resistance values may vary depending on the model. For more details, please contact us directly.
Can you produce a rack with specifications not listed in the catalog?
