The STATINIX Series are specialized labels made from heat-resistant polyimide, engineered to withstand the high temperatures of the reflow soldering process without deformation or degradation.
 
By enabling ID labeling directly in the early stages of PCB assembly, these labels ensure reliable traceability throughout post-reflow inspection and downstream processes.

STATINIX labels are made with polyimide film, providing thermal resistance of 260°C for over 5 minutes—ensuring that the labels maintain their shape and print clarity even after passing through reflow ovens. Unlike standard polyester labels, which often shrink under high heat, STATINIX remains stable, allowing for reliable identification of assembled PCBs even in demanding environments.

Feature 02 High-Resolution Printing and Compatibility with Small Labels

Compatible with printers that use 600 DPI thermal transfer printing. By using our 600 DPI thermal transfer printer, for example, you can achieve clear, high-precision output even on labels as small as 5 mm in height. This allows for accurate printing even in limited spaces, including barcodes, QR codes, and DataMatrix codes, enabling you to maintain reliable information even on high-density PCBs.
