Feature 01 Dust Protection | Base Cover
Our base covers protect the top surface of the rack (where PCBs are inserted) by shielding it from dust and foreign particles. Attached to the top of the rack, they help prevent contaminants from entering during storage and also provide protection when racks are stacked.
Options include anti-slip covers for improved stability and conductive covers to prevent static buildup.
Feature 02 Dust & Static Protection | Dust Cover
Our dust covers fully enclose the entire rack to protect PCBs from dust and static electricity. They are used during storage and transport to isolate the boards from outside air and help keep the unit clean.
Made from conductive and anti-static materials, these covers also provide effective ESD protection. Featuring Velcro fasteners for easy attachment and removal without compromising your workflow.
Feature 03 Accidental Insertion Prevention | Slot Stopper
