It integrates seamlessly with label design software such as CODESOFT, allowing you to generate ID labels on demand to match process requirements or customer-specific needs.
Feature 02 Compact, Space-Efficient Installation
The NPOD Series integrates directly with your existing SMT mounter, eliminating the need to install a separate label applicator. Compared to dedicated label machines, it offers a more compact and cost-effective solution that enhances traceability without compromising line layout flexibility.
Printing and application are performed sequentially in real time, eliminating the need for additional external conveyors or specialized devices—allowing you to maintain a streamlined SMT line configuration while ensuring reliable ID labeling.
