Nikko-Rack features an R&P (Rack & Pinion) system that allows for quick and easy slot width adjustment in just 5 seconds.
Allows for precise, simultaneous left- and-right side adjustment, no tools required. This makes it intuitive even for inexperienced operators to use.

Feature 02 Built to Withstand High Temperatures
Equipped with heat-resistant guide rails rated up to 165°C as standard, Nikko-Rack allows you to store hot PCBs immediately after reflow without cooling.
Its five-section structure minimizes thermal deformation and prevents expansion or contraction caused by temperature differences between the upper and lower areas.
By allowing for storage of PCBs that are still hot, Nikko-Rack helps prevent line stoppages and ensures a smooth transition to downstream processes in the PCB assembly process.
