## Notice Regarding the Revision of Our Corporate Code of Conduct

 NIX, INC. Groupe has revised a portion of its Corporate Code of Conduct in response to the growing global expectations for sustainability and the expanding responsibilities placed on corporations. This revision is intended to more accurately reflect international standards and trends related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, and to further advance sustainable growth and the creation of social value as a global enterprise.
